蛋白质核转位 (internalization)

哺乳动物细胞中存在着大量可以在细胞质和核之间发生转运的蛋白质。胞外信号通过相应受体和细胞内信号转导可以引发这些蛋白被激活,从细胞质进入细胞核内,与相应的DNA序列结合,启动下游基因的转录、翻译,参与细胞生理效应,在细胞增殖、分化、发育、凋亡以及细胞反应有关物质合成调控中起重要作用。

Similarity 参数是指转录因子和细胞核之间像素信号的相似性,即Similarity值越高代表NF-κB(绿色)和DRAQ5染核(红色)信号相似度越高。
